We clearly bet on local meat, the Beef is from Mas “Can Ceres” in Vidreres, the lambs are from Mas Coris, in Palamós, the pork is from Mas Tero, organic and Duroc pigs, the chickens are raised on Girona farms, fed with cereals, and of slow growth, the rabbits are from Empordà, as are the goats.
